Meet the Team


  • Owner/Physical Therapist

    Dr. Linkonis is a licensed physical therapist in Richmond, Va.  He is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics through the American Physical Therapy Association (OCS) and a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) through the Maitland Australian Physical Therapy approach.  Additionally, he is certified in dry needling, spinal manipulation and has special training in golf rehab through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).

                   Rich is a Richmond native (Monacan HS) and graduated from Mary Washington College in 1996 with a BS in biology.  He received his Masters in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2001 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from VCU in 2007. 

                   Over the past 25 years, Rich has worked in outpatient physical therapy clinics focusing on orthopedics and sports medicine.  He is committed to providing personalized, goal-oriented care that empowers each patient, whether they’re looking to return to sports, recover from injury, or simply move more confidently in daily life. 

                  Outside of the clinic, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole and three children (Gabriela, Valentina and Porter), exercising and traveling. 


  • Physical Therapist

    Natalie received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University. In addition to her DPT, Natalie is certified in trigger point dry needling, and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She enjoys working with athletes of all ages, treating back pain and other orthopedic injuries.

    In her free time she enjoys painting, Pilates, swimming, and hiking with her dog.


  • Owner/Physical Therapist

    Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in exercise and movement science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont. He is certified in dry needling including advanced techniques in ultrasound guided dry needling. He has also completed additional training in treatment and management of concussions and vestibular disorders.

    Outside of clinic, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, exploring new hobbies, and corralling their two giant dogs, Maverick and Judge.


  • Physical Therapist

    Nick is originally from Maryland and graduated from Towson University with a major in Exercise and Sports Science before moving to North Carolina to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Elon University. He enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, and watching his favorite soccer team! He enjoys working with active populations due to his history as both an athlete and a coach! 


  • Physical Therapist

    Sarah received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has received her board specialization in orthopedics and is dry needling certified. Sarah’s physical therapy specializations are pelvic floor/pelvic health and performing arts rehab. Sarah is a lifelong figure skater and continues to participate as an adult skater and healthcare provider.

    Outside of clinic, Sarah loves spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their two giant breed dogs.
